Chris Charboneau brings more than 28 years of real estate experience, more than $550 million in career sales volume, and over 850 completed transactions. A recipient of numerous Top Producer awards, Chris has built his career helping buyers and sellers throughout the Houston area with a combination of market knowledge, strategic marketing, and experienced guidance.
He earned both his Marketing degree and MBA from Texas Tech University and has extensive experience in both Houston’s Inner Loop and suburban markets. Having lived in both areas, with an office in the Rice Village area, Chris offers a valuable perspective to clients moving across Houston. He has helped many families transition both into the city and out to the suburbs, advising them on neighborhoods, schools, commutes, housing styles, and lifestyle considerations.
Chris also has firsthand experience with waterfront and second-home ownership on Lake Livingston, giving him practical insight into vacation homes, secondary residences, waterfront properties, and short-term rental opportunities.
Outside of real estate, Chris has coached travel baseball for 12 years and has coached 35 players who have gone on to play college baseball. His son currently plays at Baylor University. For families relocating to Houston with children involved in baseball, Chris can also provide valuable insight into local travel organizations, facilities, and programs.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, their three children, and their two golden retrievers.
